Meta has more growth than it's giving you.

I run growth strategy for DTC brands and find the bottleneck that's holding them back. I help you identify the main issues, fix them, and scale to the next $1 to $5M.

Worked on

Thrive Causemetics · Function of Beauty · Ilia · Solawave

Over $100M in ad spend across Meta, Google, and TikTok.

The problem

You've hit a ceiling, and nobody can tell you why.

You add budget and the return slips. You pull back to protect it and growth stalls. The account feels stuck and every fix your agency tries moves the numbers for a week, then they settle right back where they were.

When that happens, the problem usually isn't the targeting or the bids. It sits further up the funnel. A creative angle that stopped working, an offer that doesn't convert cold traffic, a site that leaks the clicks you paid for. Meta can only scale what the rest of the business can carry, so the real job is finding the one thing actually holding it back, and fixing that first.

How it works

The order we'd fix your account.

Most accounts don't need more activity. They need the right thing fixed in the right order. Here's how that goes.

Step 1

Find the real blocker

I audit the full funnel: creative, offer, site, and account. You get a straight answer on what's actually capping growth, even if it isn't the part you hired me for.

Step 2

Fix it first, alone

One blocker at a time, not ten. Spreading effort across everything is how brands stall for a year. We move it, then read how the numbers respond.

Step 3

Scale to the next ceiling

Once it's working, we push spend as hard as the margin allows. When the next constraint appears, we fix that. Growth compounds one solved problem at a time.

Step 4

Measure what made money

Not platform ROAS. New-customer cost, true margin, and payback window, tracked against real spend. You always know exactly where the account stands.

And if the real problem isn't Meta, I'll tell you. More ads won't fix a business problem, and you deserve to hear that straight.

Results

What this looks like in real numbers.

Case study · Premium olive oil brand

3.4× more spend, at a better return.

3.4×
More monthly Meta spend
2.1×
ROAS, up from 1.7×
$252K
Monthly Meta revenue

The situation

Real revenue, but Meta had stopped growing. A prior agency had it stuck at 1.7× ROAS on $35K a month and couldn't move it.

What I did

Restructured and consolidated the account so Meta had a clean signal to optimize on. Then helped them turn their strong brand voice into performance creative that could actually scale, using angles I already knew would convert.

The result

Meta spend grew from $35K to $120K a month, and ROAS improved from 1.7× to 2.1×. More spend and a better return at the same time.

Case study · UK home appliance brand

Their biggest day went from £115K to £818K.

£818K
Biggest sales day, up from £115K
£553K
Peak monthly spend, up from £29K
4.4×
ROAS held at that scale

The situation

A seasonal UK appliance brand spending under £30K a month on Meta. Profitable, but it couldn't scale when demand spiked without efficiency falling apart, so it stayed small right when it should have been biggest.

What I did

Cleaned up the account structure so Meta had a clean signal, leaned into the ad formats that actually converted, and built a way to push hard through peak demand without losing efficiency. Then advised on bundles and pricing so the account could scale at a higher cost per sale.

The result

Peak monthly Meta spend went from under £30K to over £550K, holding a 4.4× ROAS at that scale. Their single biggest sales day went from £115K before me to £818K.

The difference

What you get that an agency won't.

You work directly with the person doing the work. The roster stays small on purpose, so your account gets senior attention instead of a junior learning on it.

Meta Management

You want Meta off your plate and run properly, by someone senior who treats your budget like their own. I run the account day to day and tell you exactly what creative to shoot so you stop guessing.

  • Full Meta account management, from structure to scaling
  • Back-end targets built on real margin, not platform ROAS
  • Weekly reporting that ties Meta to your real Shopify numbers
  • Problems flagged before they get expensive
  • You talk to me directly, never an account manager

Strategic Partnership

A fractional CMO who actually runs your Meta, not a consultant who hands off a deck and disappears. I own both the execution and the strategy: where the money goes, what breaks next, and how hard we can really push.

  • Everything in Meta Management, plus:
  • Full growth strategy across channel mix, offer, and margin
  • Creative direction: what to shoot and which angles to test
  • Cross-funnel diagnostics tying Meta to Shopify and LTV
  • Creator and partnership-ad pipeline direction
  • The line for major decisions, not a weekly status call
  • A roadmap to the next stage, and the order to get there

About

A media buyer by trade.

I've been buying media and building growth strategy since 2020. I came up agency-side, working alongside creative teams on some of the biggest DTC brands in the country. I'd read the account data, turn it into a strategy, and feed the team what was working so we could make more of it.

Anybody can buy the media. The hard part is the scale. A lot breaks on the way from $20K to $200K a month, and you have to know how hard you can push without going unprofitable. That's the part most people get wrong, and the part I've done enough times to be sure of.

Based in Phoenix. I take on a small number of brands so the work stays deep. If we're not a fit, I'll say so, and point you to someone who is.
